Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

Some products are not eligible for returns due to supplier restrictions or the nature of the merchandise. These items will be identified as final sale on their product pages.

How to Request a Return

Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.

Please do not send merchandise back without receiving return authorization.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery whenever possible.

Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not affected by this requested notification period.

Return Shipping

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including applicable shipping costs.

Refunds
